The purpose of this workshop is to enhance participants' understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace and provide practical strategies to work effectively with neurodivergent individuals. And how to create a more inclusive workplace environment.
The workshop will cover common challenges faced by neurodivergent employees, the strengths and skills that neurodivergent individuals bring to the workplace, and strategies for supporting and accommodating neurodivergent employees. Participants will learn how to improve communication and collaboration, reduce stigma and bias, and promote diversity and inclusion.
